The General Directorate of Real Estate Affairs announced in a statement that, “Due to the move of its departments and offices from its main center in the building located in Bechara El Khoury - Fouad Chehab Bridge to the building of the Value Added Tax Directorate - Adliya, it will be forced to close its departments to auditors temporarily, starting from the date of 5/18/2026 until 6/5/2026 inclusive, pending the completion of the work of moving, equipping and reorganizing the work at its headquarters.” This will ensure the smooth flow of work and the continuity of better service provision.” The Directorate asked citizens and all concerned to “take note and postpone their reviews during the aforementioned closure period, provided that receiving reviews will resume immediately after the completion of the transfer work within the specified deadline.”
