The Walla website indicated, citing an Israeli security source, that “our engineering forces are working in 60 villages and cities in southern Lebanon, including Tyre.”
Indeed, the southern regions were ignited yesterday by a barrage of Israeli raids, while Hezbollah launched heavy salvoes of missiles towards northern Israel. Airstrikes rained down on the Raml neighborhood in Tyre, affecting its residential neighborhoods, infrastructure, shops, electricity networks, and roads. Nabatieh was also subjected to several raids. The raids expanded to the Mashghara Plain and the northern Bekaa.
At night, the towns of Burj Qalawayh, Qalawayh, Al-Ghandouriyah, and Barashit in the Bint Jbeil district were bombarded by Israeli artillery positions.
On the other hand, in the early hours of the morning, Hezbollah launched a missile from southern Lebanon towards Beaufort Castle, which was detonated by the Iron Dome.
The "party" announced in two statements, "The Islamic Resistance confronted an Israeli "Hormuz 450-ZIK" march in the airspace of the western sector of southern Lebanon, and targeted an Israeli force on the eastern outskirts of the town of Yammar al-Shaqif."
For its part, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the Israeli raid that targeted the town of Deir Al-Zahrani in southern Lebanon yesterday resulted in 8 casualties and 19 wounded, including 5 children.
