The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement: “On 6/6/2026, an aggressive, barbaric Israeli raid targeted a military vehicle on the Kafr Tibnit-Khardali (Nabatieh) road, leading to the martyrdom of two officers, with the ranks of brigadier general and captain, and a soldier. The continuation of the brutal, deliberate, and repeated Israeli aggression against Lebanon, its people, and the army increases our solidity, faith, and determination to confront these aggressive attempts, which aim to thwart all efforts to reach a solution that allows for the restoration of stability, a comprehensive ceasefire, and Israeli withdrawal from the occupied Lebanese territories.”
