They rose to the occasion of Israeli aggression... The army mourns three of its members

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation mourned the martyr Brigadier General Wissam Sabra, the martyr Captain Elie Al-Khoury, and the martyr soldier Hussein Abdel Ali Ghazal, who were martyred on 6/6/2026 as a result of being targeted by an enemy Israeli raid on the Khardli-Kfartibnit road (Nabatieh).

Martyr Brigadier General Wissam Sabra
- Born on 8/19/1972 in Beirut.
- He volunteered in the army as an officer cadet starting January 4, 1993, and was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General starting January 1, 2024.
- He received the mention and congratulations of the Army Commander several times.
- He followed several study courses at home and abroad.
- Family status: Married and has three children.

Martyr Captain Elie Al-Khoury
- Born on 10/4/1994 in Kfarjara - Jezzine.
- He volunteered in the army as an officer cadet as of 11/12/2012, and was promoted to the rank of captain as of 7/1/2023.
- He received the mention and congratulations of the Army Commander several times.
- He followed several study courses at home and abroad.
- Family status: Married and has one child.

Martyr soldier Hussein Abdel Ali Ghazal
- Born on 10/3/2003 in Arnoun - Nabatieh.
- He volunteered in the army as a conscript starting 7/3/2022.
- Family status: Single.
