The President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the region, during a phone call with French President Emmanuel Macron this afternoon, in which the course of the Lebanese-American-Israeli negotiations to end the military escalation and restore calm and stability to Lebanese territories was presented. President Macron reiterated his country's support for Lebanon and its people in all fields. President Aoun thanked his French counterpart for what his country is providing to Lebanon and the Lebanese in these difficult circumstances that their country is going through.
