The General Directorate of Public Security announced the arrest of the person who was completing the process of requesting the transfer of ownership of the property in the real estate departments, and the forged document was seized in his possession. He is called: Sh. H. (Born in 1987, Lebanese), after information was made available to the Information Division about an unknown person forging real estate documents with the aim of selling a property in Halat - Jbeil. The statement added: “When he was investigated, he declared that he had been a victim of fraud by the so-called: J.G. (born in 1982, Lebanese), who has a history of forgery crimes.” The statement continued: “The property deed was forged by using a false identity in the name of the property owner, and its ownership was transferred in the first stage to the person called J.G., and then to the person called S.H., knowing that the owner of the property did not sell it.” He confirmed that after a careful monitoring and control process, one of the Division’s patrols was able to arrest (J.G.) in Jbeil on board his car that had been seized, and by searching him, he was found in possession of a sum of money.”
