The Cassation Public Prosecutor, Judge Ahmed Rami Al-Hajj, wrote a judicial summons to the Director General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Raed Abdullah, the Director General of Public Security, Major General Hassan Choucair, the Director General of State Security, Major General Edgar Lowndos, and the Intelligence Directorate of the Lebanese Army, in which he instructed them to take the necessary security measures and measures to prevent riots, trespassing on public and private property, blocking roads, obstructing the movements of citizens, and preventing all actions that would disturb public security. Judge Al-Hajj asked the security services to work to identify the violators in preparation for taking appropriate legal measures against them.
