English star Jude Bellingham was crowned Man of the Match for his country and Panama, in the third (final) round of Group 12 of the group stage of the FIFA World Cup, currently being held in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Bellingham opened the scoring for England in the 62nd minute, scoring his second goal in his career in the current tournament with the England national team, after previously scoring in the team's 4-2 victory over Croatia in the opening round of the group. Bellingham was not satisfied with his goal in Panama, but also assisted the team's second goal in the match, which was scored by his teammate Harry Kane, who became the all-time top scorer for England in the World Cup with 11 goals. The England national team advanced to the knockout rounds in the current World Cup after topping the group standings with 7 points, a point ahead of its closest rival, the Croatia national team, as it faces the third-placed team in either the ninth or eleventh group on the first of next July in the round of 32 of the competition.
