Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz said today, Saturday, that the strikes against Iran will witness a noticeable escalation during this week. He explained, during a meeting to assess the situation with military officials, that "the pace of strikes that both the Israeli army and the American army will carry out against the Iranian regime and its associated infrastructure will escalate significantly." Katz stressed that Israel “is continuing to lead the attack against the Iranian regime, with the aim of targeting its leaders and undermining its strategic capabilities, until every security threat to Israel and American interests in the region is removed.” He added: "The Israeli army is strong, as is the home front, and we will not stop until all the goals of the war are achieved." Israeli army spokesman Brigadier General Evi Devrin told CNN: “We have thousands of targets in front of us... We are ready, in coordination with our American allies, with plans that extend until at least Passover, that is, about three weeks from now. And we have deeper plans for an additional three weeks after that.” According to a report by The Times of Israel, the focus has shifted to the systematic destruction of the entire Iranian defense industry, including ballistic missile production, air defense systems, naval assets, and the associated supply chain.
