Minister of Education Rima Karami issued Circular No. 17/M/2026 to ensure the continuity of the educational process in light of the Israeli aggression and internal displacement. She explained that public schools will adopt distance education in the affected areas, while private schools will be allowed to adopt in-person, distance, or blended education according to the students’ conditions. She pointed out the need to take into account the conditions of students who cannot attend, stressing continuous follow-up to ensure the rights of students and teachers and provide psychological and social support during the crisis.
