A scientific study conducted in Australia revealed that the type of vegetables suitable for maintaining heart health varies from man to woman. A research team from the Health and Food Research Institute of the Australian Edith Cowan University concluded these results after analyzing the diet of more than 600 adults in Australia, and found wide differences between the type of vegetables that are suitable for men and women. The researchers confirmed that young men who eat beans, lentils, and beans are less likely to develop early symptoms of heart disease, including high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes. It has also been shown that women benefit more from eating cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage, and that eating a lot of these vegetables reduces their risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Researchers confirmed that eating the right types of vegetables once a day reduces the risk of heart disease, even in people in their early twenties.
