The bulletin stated the following: -General condition: The eastern Mediterranean basin region is affected by hot air masses originating from the Arabian Peninsula, which lead to a rise in temperatures in Lebanon beyond their seasonal levels along with an increase in humidity, which increases the feeling of heat, especially in the coastal areas, and its effect continues until Friday, when it begins to gradually recede and the winds become active, sometimes reaching 50 km/h. Average temperatures for July: Tripoli between 23 and 31 degrees, Beirut between 24 and 32 degrees, Zahle between 18 and 34 degrees. -Expected weather in Lebanon: Tuesday: Partly cloudy to partly cloudy, with fog in the highlands and high temperatures, accompanied by high humidity on the coast, which increases the feeling of heat. Wednesday: Few clouds, with temperatures rising beyond their seasonal levels inland and at high altitudes. Fog forms on medium-height mountains in the evening. Thursday: Few clouds, with temperatures higher than average inland and above the mountains, with the humidity remaining high on the coast and the middle mountains, which increases the feeling of heat. Winds will be active starting in the afternoon. Friday: Low to partly cloudy clouds with fog in the highlands and a drop in temperatures inland and over the mountains, while rising slightly in the coastal areas with a decrease in humidity and active winds sometimes reaching 50 km/h, leading to a rise in sea waves. The temperature on the coast is from 24 to 32 degrees, above the mountains from 19 to 32 degrees, and in the interior from 20 to 36 degrees.
