The Ministry of Public Health issued a statement denying the validity of what is being circulated on social media sites and WhatsApp groups about the need to donate blood in Nabatieh hospitals, stressing that this announcement was not issued by the Ministry. The Ministry explained that it is coordinating and managing the emergency response in cooperation with emergency teams, blood banks and hospitals, and is continuously following up on field needs. She stressed that any emergency need or developments in this context will be announced through the official channels of the Ministry, calling for not circulating information that does not come from it, in order to avoid any confusion.
