The Information and Public Relations Department of the General Directorate of Lebanese Civil Defense issued the following statement: Members of the Lebanese Civil Defense were able to extinguish a fire that broke out in the Mkalles area and spread to the nearby forest. The personnel worked to cordon off the fire, control it, and prevent it from spreading to additional areas.
