The President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, presented with the Minister of the Interior and Municipalities, Ahmed Al-Hajjar, the general situation in the country, in particular the security situation, and the preparatory conference that will be held in Paris to support the army and the internal security forces. Minister Al-Hajjar stressed "the importance of mobilizing the necessary support, which constitutes a pillar in strengthening the state's capabilities to extend its authority over the entire Lebanese territory and maintain security and stability." The research touched on the situation of municipalities, especially the municipalities of the south, the challenges they face in light of the continuing Israeli attacks, and ways to secure the necessary support for them. The research also dealt with traffic safety procedures carried out by the Ministry.
