Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi discussed with Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri the repercussions of the aggression against Iran and the widespread attacks carried out by the Israeli entity against Lebanon. Iran praised President Berri's principled positions in supporting Lebanese national unity, stressing its firm support for Lebanon's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Araqchi stressed the necessity of preserving and strengthening Lebanese internal cohesion in the current sensitive circumstances to confront the conspiracies of external parties. President Berri stressed that the goal of these Israeli attacks is to destroy vital infrastructure in Lebanon and forcibly displace Lebanese citizens from their areas. During the phone call, the two parties agreed on the importance of strengthening and developing bilateral relations between the two countries.
