The Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued a statement announcing that an Israeli enemy raid on the town of Kafrsir - Nabatieh District, resulted in the death of four martyrs, including a paramedic in the health authority, in addition to four wounded. The Ministry of Public Health renewed its denunciation of the repeated targeting of health personnel, describing this as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, stressing that these violations are documented in international lawsuits, to preserve the rights of those who sacrifice themselves in humanitarian and rescue work. In a second statement, the Ministry announced that another raid targeted the town of Zefta - Nabatieh District, and led to the death of three martyrs, including a member of the Lebanese Civil Defense, in addition to two wounded. The Ministry affirmed its condemnation of the increase in the number of martyrs of health sector workers, who fall in most of the raids while performing their humanitarian duties.
