Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu considered that the war with “Hezbollah” should continue even if it ended with Iran. Netanyahu added, in an interview with CBS: “What Iran wants to do is say if we reach a ceasefire here, we want a ceasefire there (Lebanon) as well.” The Israeli Prime Minister also stressed that the collapse of the Iranian regime is possible but not guaranteed, and that the timing of this occurrence “cannot be predicted.”
