One of the results of the Battle of Uli al-Bas is that an agreement was reached in October 2024 calling for the enemy’s withdrawal, and therefore this aggression is supposed to end with this agreement. We consider that this agreement is still valid for it to exist, but the Lebanese authority saw nothing but the weapons of the resistance and began to aim at the resistance. If the war had not been opened on March 2, it would have been opened after that, but unfortunately the authority had other calculations and had other obligations, and was under a tutelage that later emerged through the results. He stressed that "the resistance prevented the enemy from achieving its goals and is continuing with its options, and whoever bets on surrender is betting on a mirage." He said: “The aggressive practices increase during the negotiations, so that the Israelis confirm that they are not asking about the Lebanese authority. At least they responded to Katz and Netanyahu with a position. Zawtar al-Gharbiyya is not occupied, so it will be experimental so that Israel will allow you to enter it? How do you accept insulting the army instead of being its protectors? You must undo the mistake you made, and what is happening is surrender and we do not accept it, and we will not accept that American guardianship decides to steal the country and its future.” Qasim addressed the great people: “You are the crown of our heads and we tell you that we will die without you and we will fight until the last drop of blood.” To the honorable resistance fighters, he said: “You are the crown of heads, the symbols of pride, the example of dedication and sacrifice, and the lights of liberation and independence.”
