The Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, confirmed that the achievement of liberation was achieved thanks to the integration of the army, the people, and the resistance, and under historical leadership that began with Sheikh Ragheb Harb and Sayyed Abbas al-Musawi and reached its peak with Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, considering that everyone who contributed to this path was a partner in creating victory. He saw that Israel continues to violate the truce agreements and expand its attacks, while the Lebanese state is unable to enforce their implementation, calling on the government to retract the decision to limit weapons to the state and not stand in the face of its people or resistance. He pointed out that the resistance weapons will remain as long as the state is unable to protect sovereignty and defend the Lebanese, stressing his rejection of direct negotiations with Israel and considering them a political gain for the enemy. He stressed that the Lebanese people have the right to take to the street to overthrow the government if it continues to implement the American-Israeli project that targets the resistance institutions, stressing that the resistance will confront everyone who attacks it, just as it confronts Israel. He also praised Iran's role in confronting the United States and Israel, considering that it imposed new equations in the region, and reiterated that Palestine will remain the main compass of resistance. He called for an end to the Israeli aggression, a complete withdrawal from Lebanese territory, the liberation of the prisoners, and the return of the people to their villages, stressing that the resistance will remain present until what he described as the “third liberation” is achieved.
