The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that UAE citizens will be allowed to travel to Lebanon, starting today, Monday. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that registration in the “My presence” service is mandatory before travel and it is not possible to leave the country’s ports before completing registration in order to avoid suspension of travel procedures and legal accountability, including filling out all the required data, specifying the place of residence in Lebanon, and contact numbers in emergency cases. She added that citizens of the country must inform the competent authorities upon their return through the Tawajodi service, re-update their data if there is any change in it, and communicate with the Ministry in emergency cases via the number designated for citizens of the country abroad (+97180024), to ensure speed of response and provision of the necessary support.
