The transition to the retirement system contributes to protecting employees, but the matter requires a number of implementation decrees.” He pointed out that his greatest achievement with the Social Security Fund was the return to the advance system, stressing that foreign workers must be supportive of Lebanese workers and we must distinguish between legitimate sectors and illegal sectors, and the responsibility lies with employers.
