A patrol from the Intelligence Directorate in the Zouk Mosbeh - Keserwan area arrested the two citizens (N.A.) and (L.A.) for trafficking in drugs and promoting counterfeit currency. During the arrest process, the first one opened fire on the patrol members, and they responded in kind, leading to his injury and his transfer to a hospital for treatment. The patrol also seized about one million Captagon pills, about 60 kilograms of hashish, a military weapon, a grenade, and an amount of counterfeit money. The seized items were handed over and investigations began with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
