The Israeli army announced that it carried out a raid last night targeting a central crossing on the Litani River, noting that the crossing was used by Hezbollah members to move between the north and south of the river.
The army explained that the targeted crossing was used to transport combat means, including rocket shells and launching pads, with the aim of carrying out attacks against Israeli forces.
He added that this raid was part of a series of operations carried out this week, targeting crossings and other sites that he said were being used for military purposes.
The Israeli army confirmed that it would continue to carry out operations against Hezbollah, as part of the ongoing escalation on the Lebanese front.
