The Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced in a statement that, “starting today, certificates for the third year of secondary school in all its branches for the year 2026 have been delivered to the educational regions in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the North, and Nabatieh,” and said: “Therefore, students who have an urgent need to obtain their certificates, especially due to travel or the presence of urgent appointments or transactions, can review the aforementioned educational districts and receive their certificates, according to the approved mechanism.” She added: “As for students from the rest of the educational regions, who have an urgent need to obtain their testimonies during the coming days, they can visit the official examinations department and submit their applications within the next three days, provided that the process of delivering the testimonies to the rest of the regions will be completed successively, within a period ranging between three and four days.” She concluded: “Within a maximum period of three to four days, the certificates of the third year of secondary school, in all its branches, will have been delivered to all educational regions, so that students can receive them from their regions, according to the approved mechanism.”
