The Estimates Department at the Meteorological Service in the General Directorate of Civil Aviation expected that the weather tomorrow will be sparsely cloudy with dense fog, especially in the northern highlands, and without any change in temperature. The bulletin stated the following: -General condition: Relatively humid and hot summer weather dominates Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, with temperatures higher than average in the interior and at the highlands, continuing until Friday, as the region is affected by moderate air masses that lead to a drop in temperatures, especially in the interior and over the mountains, with the possibility of light rain at dawn on Saturday with active wind speeds. Average temperatures for August: Tripoli between 24 and 32°C, Beirut between 25 and 33°C, Zahle between 18 and 35°C. -Expected weather in Lebanon: Tuesday: Clear to few clouds with fog in the highlands and no noticeable change in temperatures. Wednesday: Few clouds with dense fog, especially in the northern highlands, and no change in temperature. Thursday: Partly cloudy to partly cloudy with dense fog in the highlands and no change in temperature on the coast, while it rises slightly inland and above the mountains. Friday: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with dense fog on the highlands and a noticeable drop in temperatures, especially over the mountains and inland. The winds are active at times and the sea waves rise with them, so we warn of rising sea waves and water currents. The weather also becomes ready for light rain to fall at dawn on Saturday, especially in the northern regions. The temperature on the coast is from 23 to 33 degrees, above the mountains from 17 to 32 degrees, and inland from 20 to 37 degrees.
