President Joseph Aoun received UAE Minister of Foreign Trade Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi and the accompanying delegation, stressing that the visit of Emirati businessmen to Lebanon constitutes a message of hope and confidence in its stability and future, and opens new horizons for cooperation and investment between the two countries. Aoun called on the Emirati delegation to invest in Lebanon, pointing to its potential and human wealth that can be utilized in multiple sectors, and appreciating the UAE’s permanent support for Lebanon. For his part, Al-Zeyoudi stressed that the presence of the Emirati delegation in Lebanon carries a positive message, and reflects the Emirates’ love for Lebanon and its appreciation for the role of the Lebanese in the Emirati development process.
