The President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, presented with the Minister of State for Administrative Development Affairs, Fadi Makki, the current developments and conditions, and the Israeli attacks in the south. During the meeting, Makki stressed support for the Lebanese Army and strengthening its presence, and the importance of everyone meeting under the umbrella of the state and its legitimate institutions, considering that the state is the reference and the primary guarantor for protecting Lebanon and the Lebanese, and preserving its sovereignty and territorial integrity. He called on the authority to intensify its efforts to stop the Israeli attacks and protect Lebanon and its people. Mekki briefed Aoun on the progress of work in the Ministry of State for Administrative Development Affairs, and highlighted the reform files and initiatives that the ministry is working on, especially the process of restructuring the ministry, digital transformation, and the World Bank loan allocated to support digital transformation and the development of public services.
