The bulletin stated the following: -General condition:   Relatively stable weather dominates Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean until Wednesday, as the region is affected by warm air masses originating from Egypt, leading to a significant rise in temperatures that exceed their seasonal averages. Then, on Thursday, Lebanon is affected by a depression accompanied by relatively cold air masses that leads to rainy weather at times, and continues until Friday morning, where it gradually subsides, with some local fluctuations remaining until the end of the week. Note: The average temperature for the month of March in Beirut is between 13 and 22 degrees, in Tripoli between 11 and 20 degrees, and in Zahle between 6 and 17 degrees. Average temperatures for the month of April in Beirut are between 15 and 24 degrees, in Tripoli between 13 and 23 degrees, and in Zahle between 9 and 22 degrees. -Expected weather in Lebanon: Tuesday: Partly cloudy with fog in the highlands in the morning, gradually turning to few clouds, with a rise in temperatures, especially in the mountainous and inland areas.
