Get ready for dust...and muddy rain!

The Estimates Department at the Meteorological Service in the General Directorate of Civil Aviation predicted that the weather tomorrow will be,
Partly cloudy to cloudy at times with high clouds, with a noticeable rise in temperatures that exceed their seasonal averages, touching 27 degrees on the coast. The humidity level decreases with the appearance of light layers of dust in the air. Clouds thicken in the evening and scattered light and muddy rain falls.
The bulletin stated the following:
-General condition:
Relatively stable weather dominates Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean until Wednesday, as the region is affected by warm air masses originating from Egypt, leading to a significant rise in temperatures that exceed their seasonal averages. Then, on Thursday, Lebanon is affected by a depression accompanied by relatively cold air masses that leads to rainy weather at times, and continues until Friday morning, where it gradually subsides, with some local fluctuations remaining until the end of the week.
Note: The average temperature for the month of March in Beirut is between 13 and 22 degrees, in Tripoli between 11 and 20 degrees, and in Zahle between 6 and 17 degrees.
Average temperatures for the month of April in Beirut are between 15 and 24 degrees, in Tripoli between 13 and 23 degrees, and in Zahle between 9 and 22 degrees.

Tuesday:
Partly cloudy with fog in the highlands in the morning, gradually turning to few clouds, with a rise in temperatures, especially in the mountainous and inland areas.
Wednesday:
Partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with high clouds, with a noticeable rise in temperatures, which exceed their seasonal averages, reaching 27 degrees on the coast. The humidity level decreases with the appearance of light layers of dust in the air. Clouds thicken in the evening, and scattered light and muddy rain falls.
Thursday:
Generally cloudy, with temperatures remaining high in the morning, which return and drop quickly starting at noon. The winds are active, reaching speeds of up to 70 km/h in the north of the country, carrying dust. The humidity level rises and dense fog forms on the highlands. Scattered and muddy rains fall, sometimes intensifying in the afternoon, with lightning and thunder occurring, with the intensity of the rains decreasing during the night.
Friday:
Partly cloudy with a significant drop in temperatures that become below their seasonal averages. Fog forms in the highlands, with the possibility of local rain during the morning, especially in the north of the country. The weather gradually improves during the day.
