Consequently, there is confusion within the Council about whether the session will continue upon reaching the discussion of the general amnesty law, or whether a quorum will be met.

Sources from the Strong Lebanon Bloc: The bloc’s position is completely rejecting preventing the Minister of Defense from giving his opinion, and we will not accept such a precedent. Therefore, we will take an escalatory position if the insistence on “prevention” remains, and we will not allow such an attack on a minister, especially since he holds the opinion of the Lebanese Army.
