Sources told Sky News Arabia that the issues that are still pending in the discussions are related to stopping the war in Lebanon and lifting the embargo on financial assets. She said that Iran is demanding the lifting of the blockade on Iranian ports and the withdrawal of military forces from the region, in exchange for opening the Strait of Hormuz and going to a specific round of negotiations with a time limit extending to 30 days. She added that a strong disagreement prevails between the Iranian government and the Revolutionary Guard regarding these demands related to the negotiations.
