Netanyahu: Our strikes against the party will increase and our operations will not stop

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he had directed to increase military pressure in Lebanon, stressing that Israel would continue to direct “strong strikes” against Hezbollah.
Netanyahu added that Israel is “at war with Hezbollah,” claiming that 600 of the party’s members have been killed in recent weeks.
He said that “the volume of strikes against Hezbollah will increase and that the operations will not stop,” pointing out that there is “a special team working to confront the threat of suicide marches.”
In this context, Israeli journalist Barak Ravid quoted a senior American official as saying that the administration of US President Donald Trump will support Israel’s escalation of its operations against Hezbollah, considering that the party has ignored repeated demands for a ceasefire, and that “the status quo cannot continue.”
