The General Directorate of Civil Defense warned citizens of the danger of swimming along the Lebanese coast, from Abda in the north to Naqoura in the south, due to the high waves and strong sea currents, which increases the risk of drowning accidents and puts their lives in danger. The Directorate called on everyone to be careful and refrain from swimming until marine conditions improve, and to adhere to public safety guidelines and the instructions of the competent authorities.
