On the occasion of the birth of the Noble Prophet Muhammad and his grandson, Imam al-Sadiq, the municipality of Burj al-Barajneh and the Fifth Sector of Hezbollah held a meeting in honor of the families of the martyrs of the Islamic Resistance in the Fifth Sector, in the Ouzai area, in the presence of a member of the “Loyalty to the Resistance” bloc, MP Ibrahim al-Moussawi, the mayor, Engineer Mustafa Harb, and other events. Al-Moussawi spoke, stressing that "there is a great responsibility today on the Lebanese authority that has turned its back on southern Lebanon and its people, as if there is no Israeli aggression, and it is the one that said that it will not go to negotiations except in order to liberate all Lebanese lands and stop the Israeli aggression against it, and that its American friends will help it in this matter. However, we have discovered that the biggest battles that this authority is fighting today, with great regret, are with the people of its country, who are patriots and liberals." He wondered: “Why are Iranian planes prevented from landing at Beirut International Airport, and why are the procedures, including inspections and other things, tightened on visitors who go to the State of Iraq in order to visit the holy shrines there? Are these a transient community in this country, or are they the ones who established, made, and sacrificed?” It is true that we have suffered losses, but no one should think that we can leave our places, positions and steadfastness.” He called on the authorities to "reconsider again, remember what it said and committed itself to, and to abandon all these spites, schemes, and provocations, because this is something that cannot and must not continue." He concluded by pointing out that “despite all that the Israelis have done so far in terms of killing, destruction and devastation, they have not been able to translate this act into a realistic equation that has a price in politics or into a real power equation,” stressing that “when we declare our surrender and abandon this resistance, then they will be victorious, but when we are people of jihad and resistance, families of martyrs, people of patience and steadfastness, and adherence to the truth, then they will not be able to achieve what They aspire to it, and the round will come in which we will be victorious in the name of all the mujahideen and martyrs.”
