The first investigating judge in Beirut, Rola Othman, interrogated Al-Manar TV correspondent Ali Berro, regarding the claim of the Public Prosecutor of Appeal in Beirut, Raja Jamoush, against him for “crimes of inciting sectarian strife, inciting sedition, attacking the President of the Republic, and incitement to kill members of the Lebanese army.” At the conclusion of the session, Judge Othman issued a preliminary arrest warrant against him, and Berro was returned to his place of detention at the Information Division of the Internal Security Forces.
