On Wednesday, Iran and Lebanon launched a large batch of missiles towards the Golan Heights, followed by additional warnings in central Israel. A number of explosive warheads fell in the greater Tel Aviv area, sparking a widespread state of alert. Israeli media also reported that explosions were recorded in the center of the country and renewed warnings were issued in the Gush Dan area and its surrounding areas. The Israeli ambulance announced that reaching the places where Iranian missile fragments fell was impossible due to the continued bombing. Israeli Channel 14 explained that the attack represented the most sustained Iranian attack against Israel in three weeks. He also described the event as “exceptional,” as most of the missiles were clustered and falling in multiple areas.
