Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam called Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and during the call, President Salam praised the efforts he made that led to a ceasefire. He asked him to confirm that the ceasefire must include Lebanon to prevent a recurrence of the Israeli attacks that we witnessed yesterday. For his part, the Prime Minister of Pakistan condemned the recent Israeli attacks on Lebanon, and stressed that his country is working to secure peace and stability there.
