Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu considered that “Hezbollah is undermining the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon.” At the beginning of the weekly government meeting, Netanyahu said: “It must be understood that Hezbollah’s violations undermine the ceasefire.” He added: “Our army is working strongly in southern Lebanon, and during the past two weeks we killed 46 Hezbollah members, and we will work with an iron fist and a long arm.”
