The Minister of Public Health, Dr. Rakan Nasser Al-Din, issued a circular letter pointing to the receipt of many complaints from citizens, stating that financial differences were imposed on them under various pretexts, despite 100 percent coverage, in government and private hospitals that had expressed their desire to implement previous circulars issued by the Minister of Health regarding not incurring financial differences for patients and displaced persons who do not have a guarantor, and receiving them at the ministry’s expense with 100% coverage for all hospital and medical work that they cover. Ministry.
The circular stressed the need for government hospitals and private hospitals concerned (the list is attached to the content of the book) to adhere to 100 percent hospital and emergency coverage, under penalty of taking the necessary legal measures.
He also reminded patients and displaced people who do not have a guarantor of the necessity of informing the Ministry of Health on the hotline 1787 to submit complaints if they are asked for differences.
