US President Donald Trump made it clear that the memorandum of understanding with Iran is not final, and that he will return to dropping bombs on it if it does not adhere to its pledges. Trump explained that “no one knows the details of our agreement with Iran, and it will not possess a nuclear weapon,” adding: “The news about a $300 billion fund for Iran is not true, and whoever wants to invest there can do so, and we will not invest even 10 cents in Iran.” He also pointed out that "oil prices have fallen, which is a wonderful thing, and the Strait of Hormuz is partially open and will be fully reopened within two days."
