Trump: Aoun's visit within a week or two... and the party's issue is still on the table

US President Donald Trump said that Lebanese President Joseph Aoun will visit the White House within a week or two.
Trump indicated that the Lebanon file will be among the issues up for discussion between the two sides.
Trump declared, "Peace in Lebanon requires more work."
I consider that the Lebanese file constitutes a small part of the broader regional scene compared to the agreement with Iran, but it raises a lot of noise and interest.
He added that the Hezbollah issue is still on the table, saying that "this file must be addressed in one way or another," pointing out that the United States, Israel, or even Syria are capable of dealing with it, but at the same time he stressed the need to take into account Lebanon's position and the desire of the Lebanese in any future steps.
Trump confirmed that he has a difference of opinion with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding Lebanon, saying that he informed him that "it is not necessary to demolish a building every time someone from Hezbollah enters it."
Trump also described the Israelis as “great partners,” but added: “I think they can do a better job in Lebanon, and I didn’t say they shouldn’t defend themselves.”
